How do you make your picture on your signature bigger?

How do you make your picture on your signature bigger?
I have had problems with my signature. my picture is only a small box. I posted it on the website and whenever i post it on the website its really small. what am i doing wrong?

I keep my picture photobucket and i know you can change the size from there and it will change once you make the changes
