it's a video of a few kids taking 2 and a half hours to install a weapon R intake on a Redline. that should honestly take no more than 40 minutes. and they couldn't figure out how to take out the airbox.

good thing it was only pics of the install, but it would have been funny seeing them cutting the air box

 

Didn't take me long to get my air box out thanks to the how-to for the injen that was posted here. Those two bolts behind the airbox would have had me looking all over for what was holding it in. I could see how someone could get held up.

 

wow those redline guages are in a retarded spot... What that **** like to drive with.

 

just like any thing else I guess you just get use too it?

 

It took me two hours total to put my intake on, the bolts behind the airbox were a bitch. That was the only thing taking forever. otherwise it was pretty straight forward but the instructions weren't that great... :/

 

it definitely sucks to drive with, my best friend has one. i don't know why GM would think putting the guages that much further out of your line of sight would be a good thing.

 

I don't mind the guages, I got used to them in my roommates base Ion after driving it half a dozen times.

 

Took myself and my buddy about an hour to take out the old setup and install my K&N...this also included one smoke break.
