iFail.
I mean... it took Apple how many years to simply multi-task, and copy paste. Something Windows mobile and Blackberry had done for years.
They are basic functions... WTF?
And don't get me started on their Mac lineup... jeez... what failure.

I have a MacBook, it owns my other computers, and it's 4 years old.
Not being a computer Guru, it's nice not to have to deal with ******* Norton pop-ups, and not having to worry about spyware or virus's.
I also have an android phone, and although i like it better than the iPhone, the iPhone just works so much more seamlessely, and the interface is just a lot nicer looking.

There is such a thing as a safe **** site.
Said computer is dual booted with XP for all my local application needs... and share another storage partition, so I can access anything I want from either OS.
Secure, safe, and versatile.
Love it!
But yeah the dyldo is correct. I haven't ran AV in years.... MAC aren't Virus free nor spyware free. Virus writers only write for IBM pc's since they are more of them.
Please don't be so blinded.....http://antivirus.about.com/od/macint...cvirusfaqs.htm

I'm the kind of person that when it comes to a gadget, i just want to turn it on and use it. I'm not going to customize it, i'm not going to run powerful programs. I just want it to be smooth, and WORK.
To that end, Mac excels.

i agree 100%
i got my 13" macbook aluminum about a year ago for a high school graduation gift. 1 year later this thing still operates as smoothly as it did when i first turned the thing on out of the box. ive never had to send it to apple, i never had to maintain the system, never ahd to de-frag the HDD, never had to download anything to protect my mac from viruses. all i do with it everyday is turn it on and use the thing.
good luck finding a PC that can do that
