Hey I ran accross a little toy thats avalible free from Microsoft. It's called the image resizer. Basically it installs a little app that lets you right click on the photo and resize it to 1024x768, 800x600, 640x480 or any custom size you define. It lets you do it to multiple files too. I love it because your camera takes this huge jpeg that sucks for posting in online forums. It keeps the original and makes a modified copy.

Wow thats real useful, maybe now i don't just have to load photoshop to change image sizes!
