no it does. goes through the dash right at the window. also along the top where the window meets the roof. and i'm willing to bet there are also bars that go through the firewall to the strut mounts. that car would have been fucked without a cage lol.

I was at the event last weekend, it's was pretty windy this day and he was the first of the day to pull the chute , not too many pulled it after this

 

The side camera angle shows the other Honda launching early. That's why it looks faster. It was fast, but not nearly as fast.

Yeah he didn't redlight, not what I meant. The integra let him launch earlier so that he would play catch up during the quarter.

Thats a pretty hard hit. Hes definitely lucky he didn't hit the wall going completely nose first. He sort of hit it at an angle so the side of the car took a lot of the force
