Car looks good. Fender stripes don't suit my fancy, but if you like them then keep em'. As for the exhaust grind the two welds off the stock muffler and take the tip off, then put it on your new exhaust.
Debadge the car, paint the brake calipers, loose the strips, and put a exhaust tip on! Other that that the car looks very good, and you did a great job on it! I am being constructive and in no way am bashing your car, it looks great just think those items would IMPROVE the look!
B) Undo the bolts in the trunk, pull the spoiler off, and get all the adhesive off of there. You'll have two big holes and two smaller holes in your trunk though so you have to cover them up yourself or get it professionally done. Option A is best.
