These are some alone and together shots with my two babies - Carmine my 1988 Camaro IROCZ and his wife, The Dutchess my 2005 Cobalt SS SC
The other cars pictured with the Camaro are the 67 RS/SS and my boyfriend's 09 Ralliart

328 to the wheels in the iroc?
I see a missing heater box. An A/C delete. Looks like it still has the a.i.r system. Looks like the baseplate to the TPI is painted yet... still see centerbolt heads stock throttle body. um what all is done to it? I mean looks like a clean TPI Iroc. Just wondering what you did to get 328 to the wheels out it?
Anyway clear cars and some decent pictures!
fyi.
They have a 1LE non ac heater box for that or some S10 non ac heater boxes will work as well with minor work

Thanks guys!
The 328 is a dyno i got from the shop when i bought it, i havent dynoed it yet since my engine rebuild and i'm going to remove that smog and a.i.r. stuff so hopefully pushing a few more horsies now!
It has a very lumpy comp cam, aluminum heads, port and polish magnaflux, edelbrock headers and flowmaster exhaust, might be putting the magnaflow from the 1967 on there, idk how it'll hook up. It has nitrous as well. Full MSD ingition. Never run nitrous on the streets though. Those tracks are about 70 feet long yezzur! lol
I just took out my heater core august, was going to clean up my engine bay to convert to carb, but decided every car show you open a hood and see a camaro with a four barrel so sticking tpi, still gunna clean up the bay as much as possible. It's a show/track car, don't need heat or a/c or defrost, going to get a small circle peice of sheetmetal to cover the hole.

As far as which is faster it's gotta be the camaro but the cobalt could take it if i was on the thruway or something, the supercharger really helps pull
I'm saving to sell my camaro to buy and fix up a 32 Deuce Coupe i think i'll be the only 21 year old driving around in one of those lol

Do not convert to carb.
Seriously look up the Holley stealth Ram EFI manifold. The TPI manifold is whats holding you back as well as those Edelbrock headers. The 67 camaro exhaust will not fit. So either do longtubes and extend off of that then dump it or go with a spintech exhaust.
Guess the cam is the reason for what kinda looked like the charcoal canister on the drivers side. Big enough cam that you needed a vacuum tank.
Which heads are on it? you said aluminum but do you know what cc runner size and cc combustion chamber size?
Sounds like you might have a good start.
Honestly id go with a stealth ram and depending on compression a good 200+cc runner head and a set of longtubes. Along with a good stall that could be a very stout combo depending on the size of the cam. though you will notice it will most likely sound much more pronounced with the holley stealth ram. Im also sure a tune would help. Theres plenty of people that can tune. If your not already get on 3rdgen.org or team3rdgen.com they will be able to help you with the Iroc. But good looking cars!

thanks man i've been on thirdgen.org for 2 or 3 years now and my dads a mechanic, he taught me evertything i know. not gunna do too much to the iroc right now but eventually gunna set it up for Lebanon valley next summer. With a tune and my current setup we're thinking it'll push 13s and thats good enough for me

You're the first one to notice! haha good eyes man. the cobalt is edited in, which you'll all notice now. Just like the arrow in between the Fed and Ex you can't miss it once you know it's there
I photoshopped a kid walking and a dumpster out of that faraway picture on the mountians with the storm coming in too. Ruined the serenity of the pic.
The only other picture here photoshopped is one i did REALLY high and it looks really bad lol it's the picture of the Z28 at Robert Moses beaches.... my club had a big power tour on LI and I missed it but was planning to go all year lmao
