I'm new on your forum. I personally love the Cobalt SS lines, way better looking car then my skittle. I have been around for awhile, but I'm new here. I should let you all know that I'm into video footage thing!!! I have a stg 2 toys, 04 srt, and til a couple of days ago, I recently got my stg 3 kit!!!! Well today, I got bloody& sweaty puting her together. It took my 8-10 hours to take off the stock turbo, and put the stg 3 on there. I did the whole install, but the fuel pump assembly, that's going in tomorrow morning. Hence the fuel light. I took her for a test ride after purging the coolant, and checking for leaks. Well I got on her for a split second, and all I can say is, Oh My God, is this thing insane!!!! I not going to lie, it scared the **** out of me!!!! I'll finish off the install in a couple of hours, then it's time to break her in!!! It's my first big turbo upgrade, I haven't been this excited since I put a bottle on my old LS1!!! My hands hurt from all the wrenching, scraps, and bending, but I can't wait!! Know your enemy, well here she is, naked and exposed!!!! Stay tuned..... it's coming to a video section near you!!!!! I'm shooting for 115mph traps, the ET, I don't care. Street tires of course!!!!!

just curious, whats all included in the Stage 3 kit for the SRT-4 ignorant people out there?

 

upgrade from stg 2 with toys!!!


4.0 bar fuel rail, pcm, fuel pump assembly, and bigger turbo!!!! Stocker is 6cm2 and inconel steel on exhaust side. Stage 3 is a 10cm2 turbo, with titanium aluminide on the exhaust. Hense bigger turbo, with no ill lag problem, spools as fast as stock, or faster!!!! Should put out between 350-375 whp and torque to match, and as low as 3200!!! Tomorrow is the breakin!!!!

It's basically a Evo turbo, it's a tdo5 exhaust housing, with titanium aluminide blades, and a 15G 10cm2 compresser!!!! I'm going to post a video of it here in a minute, watch it to see how she does, all I can say, is she's a beast!!!!!
