Well, my girlfriend whose father is a Colonel in the US Army got sent to Egypt as an assignment so the whole family had to move there. So for my winter break from college I went to Egypt for 2 weeks so here’s a whole bunch of pictures.

This stone actually gave scientist a little stir to their noggins. If you look closely you can see very thin Egyptians. It is believed that at some point in time there was a mass starvation in Egypt.

Glad you had a chance to go to Egypt!!!! I have Vacationed there several times and it's always so wonderful and always has that once in a lifetime feel!!!!!!

Did you just stay in Kan/Cairo/Giza/ or get a chance to venture out to like Aswan/Madi etc?

Where any of the Pyramids open for you to go inside? The last time I was there one was and it was scary as beeeep climbing to the top on a freakin' ladder!

I beleive I stayed right outside Madi. Khufu's Pyramid was the only one open at this time. Going inside was very overated though. small quarters and nasty air.

you're telling me. She's been gone since september but comes back in 2 months for good since she will be going to GMU soon.

You should totally go sometime. It's a totally different experience then what we are all used to.
