New Turbo Set-Up...
Camera didn't like the in-car videos. Too much noise!
Videos are in HD, as well.
#1: I shifted to 4th right as I passed the camera.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMvbJC9618U
#2: Started at like 45mph.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvHzSAxgMPo
#3: 3rd gear pull.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fj9o0hks2Ag
#4: Tried to capture the Boost Gauge. You can see it start to flutter like crazy, before the car decided that it wanted to change lanes and I had to move the camera. Then I missed 4th. Too used to the smooth shifting VeeDub.

#5: Had the wife tape...

Car feels faster than it previously did. I'm getting to my shift points REALLY fast. But... something is wrong somewhere. Its not hitting full boost until 4600rpm. It'll build decent boost at lower RPM's... but big power/boost isn't there until 4600. I'm wondering if having the 2.2L/2.4L O-Rings for an I/M Gasket against that Phenolic Spacer, instead of an LSJ gasket, has something to do with it. I'm very pissed off that it doesn't hit full boost until then, but I know its something fixable. There is absolutely no reason for that turbo to spool that late. Paul said he tuned this turbo on another car and was hitting 18psi at 3400-3500rpm. So there has to be something wrong somewhere.
I had Ryan@ZZP make me Charge Piping to fit my set-up, as well as put a custom Return Fuel System on the car. They did a couple of other things as well. The quality of work really is top notch. Ryan really hooked me up. I didn't wanna spend as much as I did... but Ryan kept talking me into stuff. But aside from the lag, which is in no way, shape, or form ZZP's fault... I'm extremely happy with the work/craftsmanship. Although, I really need to take a welding class and learn how to start fabricating my own stuff. I prefer to do everything myself.

your car sounded amazing in the first video too, great exh sound, complimented by awesome blow off, then even had some turbo spool after you passed by.
for the life of me i could never hear that spool sound coming from my exh. or was that your turbo with no filter on it that i hear?

The piping comes off of the Turbo, loops down under the pan, hops up above the frame rail (this is where the BOV is), does a u-turn into the ETS Intercooler, and then pops out the other side, and follows the stock intake routing.
2.5" all around, with an 8" section of 3" in the wheelwell for the MAF.

If you want it, I'll sell it to you. I need something bigger with -10an fittings on it.
Track time = Break ****
I don't plan on breaking anything until next year.
Oh... that was knock. And I think the gas and/or the air was just shittier in Chicago compared to where I live.

If you can see the 2nd to last photo... the one looking down into my engine bay... then look just below the I/M.

Besides, drag racing at a strip just doesn't float my boat. I enjoy it a little... but its not something that I live for.
oic lol gotcha btw my friend decided tvs e85 but now my other friend that i just did a pulley swap last week on decided the day we did his pulley swap and he drove my car the same day now wants to go turbo so it'll be interesting to see how these 2 do against eachother oh and i decided enough with the kid stuff i'm going rx 5.7
They both have their advantages and disadvantages... but when it comes down to it. A properly sized turbo will outrun a 1320 TVS all day long.

Changed my plugs today. And also swapped out the 2.2L O-Rings for an LSJ Gasket. Still spooling late... boost needle still hops around like crazy. ALTHOUGH, the MAP Boost reading does NOT hop around on the Interceptor.

Cyl #2
Cyl #3
Cyl #4 - this one doesn't look so good.
And then some more pics of the underside and some other ****:
