R&C_rallySS just PM'ed me today and told me he is selling his Nates 2.9 so i won't have to wait for shipping. Now I'm twice as excited. Trust me, I'm getting it as soon as possible. Did you have stage 2 before? If you did I'm really curious how much harder than S2 it pulls/performs. What boost are you getting with that?

the specs are at the bottom of the original post. They were a package, with shipping they were a little over $1800

well its a intense stage kit with their box tune........but i have rode in a few gmstg2 cars and i can say that it for sure pulls harder! id say i hit bout 16psi
it whines!

sweet, I want something that will give me just that little extra over anyone else that might get a stage 2 in my home town and try and run me. Plus I just beat an Evo VIII last night and based on how I did I know now that a IX is within my reach with just a little extra.

no race yet? man, you're having the same luck I had after my Stage 2. i wanted to put it to the test, but all I could find were the same old civics. I finally got to put her to the test after the nicer weather started rolling in. I'm sure by summer you'll get someone.
Sort of. I was playing with him and then we hit a red light. The opposing light went yellow and he rolled back and fluttered it and I heard the Turbo hissing. We took off from the green light and he gunned it first halfway through the intersection. I didn't have as much time as I'd like to get traction but it was enough that he only jumped a car before I got traction and started pulling on him. I've seen him launch it hard before though. He'd easy put 3 cars on me before I got good traction. So, I'm guessing If we did a dig I'd either tie, lose by a fender or win by a bumper...lol. In any case he wasn't as hard as I thought, so I'm looking to keep with a stock IX with future mods, that's my next goal/milestone.

Yeah, I love Evo's, so I am far from oblivious to their power and I have a humble view of that victory...lol. I still have an "approach with caution" light that comes on in my head when I see one... haha
But, yeah, I consider that one a victory and now I'm looking for a IX after the 2.9"

yeah, I'd like to do my interior sometime because I'm getting the infamous trim chipping.
