I'm pretty sure youve got more power than me. And I wasn't so much complaining about the mileage as pointing out that I truly used them fully and had plenty of time to develop my opinions. And they suck in snow and on acceleration compared to contis. Plus since they are heavy and kind of hard actually they wear a bit funny and require more frequent rotations than other tires. That may be contributing to your 10k mile life in addition to the power.

Yeah.. I probably do have a bit more power, lol I realized that when you posted originally.
I also managed to get about 11k out of my original contis.

i only managed to get about 16k out of my stock conti's, and i run cooper snows in winter so i only run the GT's during summer. so far they only have about 3k on them and i like them, with more miles i'll see what happens with them thou. i did bump up to a 205/60 from a 195/60 to have a little more grip and stability but for just daily driving they're fine for me

My stock contis still had life left at about 20k when I ditched them. I even had two track days on them.

i spray it exactly like i would spray paint... about 10"-12" inches away, go beyond the edges a little bit, overlap slightly, don't let it get too wet thou, but let it dry about 30 minutes or so and then spray another coat.

gotcha, unfortunately a big chunk came off so I peeled it off as I do not want to respray it.I'm actually in the market for a stock silver hood or a stock CF hood.I'm done with the 2 tone
