Yea it's the same color. All the GM divisions have a different name for it, but it should be listed as U29.

I have a tree above my driveway that drops wax droplets all over my car, I have to wash it at least 3 times a week. I swear I'm gonna wear through the clear before the year is over...

Then I have to park in a dirt lot up at my school, gah..

I wish my garage wasn't so full of ****, that would help a little...

How many Sport Red SS/SC's are there? How many Sport Red's have the high rise wing?

My first SS/SC was black and my son has the car for take over payments. I liked the Sport Red Tintcoat so I bought an 07.

These are pics right after I purchased it. I just ordered a high spoiler. My plans are to put on a carbon fibre hood, CF Trunk and spoiler insert. I may just go with the CF hood.

very nice! although i might be the only person on the planet that actually wanted the low pro spoiler on the '07 ss/sc.

As I did as well but as time goes on the visual impact isn't the same. Quite a few of my friends keep asking me when I'm going to put on a high spoiler because it looks better. When you park the two side by side the car has better curb apeal with the high spoiler IMO.

It seems I have more people screw with me thinking I have a 2.2 or 2.4. It was fun at first but it's getting old now.

To each his own though

I must say that I love this color. I wish it was available when I bought mine. My rims would look dope on the spoilerless SS/SC!

i wonder what the production run on this color ended up being compared to the other colors? i know its got to be pretty rare because its one of the few, possibly the only, color that GM charges extra for on the cobalt. but i know there were other one or two year color runs, so it would be interesting to see numbers.

GM charges extra for Sport Red and White Diamond. But Sport Red is the only extra cost paint offered outside of the Caddy line up.

Well that I know of anyway.
