He should atleast send you a free shirt.

 

Im not going to make anybody a t shirt but me. Thats why i got the shirt done is to be different and to have something no one else has. and by the way did you copyright it? I didnt think so. over a t shirt thats funny

 

he may not of had it copyrighted cause he didnt think anybody was going to take it....it is kind of beat how you did steal his idea though....

 

As soon as you create something it is copyrighted, weather your name is on it or not. He has the rights to it, and you used it without so much as asking him for permission... that is COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT! You never said a word about what you were going to use the image for, or that you were going to reproduce it in any way, you stole his image & thats not cool, or legal.

 

i asked someone to do the image for me. I didnt ask him directly. He volunteered. Refer back to the beginning of the thread. He didnt have a problem with it until someone said something. He must be really pushed for money if your going to try and get a dollar out of this. I was going to make shirts so that someone could have a cool t shirt. Wasnt about the money for me.

 

DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE.... im not pissed, i just think its cool that someone deemed it a cool enough pic to put on a t-shirt. Please do not assume I'm seriously going to pursue payment for the use of the design. If you were making money off of it, that would be different. This is getting out of hand. Nothing was meant by me pointing out that it was on a shirt.

 

yeah i guess its other people instigating it. THe last thing i need is someone accusing me of copyrighting a photoshop picture.
