Photo Uploads

When uploading a picture to the site, please use the following link:

Cobalt SS Network - All Albums

You will have to create an album. Once you create the album, you can then upload your pictures. We are currently working on fixing some issues to include automatic picture resizing.

If you get any errors or failure to uploads post in here and let us know.

Do not use this link to upload pics anymore:

Also good news guys! We now have an image resizer up and running on this site so unlike before, if your image is larger than the site's maximum the site will automatically re size it. No more having to shrink pictures before uploading.

You can still use photobucket. Some people can't view photobucket at work, etc.

That's why hosting them here is usually recommended. It's preference really though.

same day this thread got posted, your pics must have been small enough to meet the requirements, mine were always too large.

basically prior to the change to upload pics you would use the gallery. for the garage feature of the site if you wanted to add pics to your ride you would upload and add via the album feature they just changed. before you could only upload 3 pics total couldn't edit change really do anything with them and they would just be auto saved to your garage car small little pics. now you can add more then 3 and edit the albums but still harder to use in gen then the gallery is now

only album pics can be selected for this battle nonsense and only 10 of the however many you upload. also if you have more then one album (i do) then only one album is the one used for this battle. how that is determined idk but its pretty easy to manage your albums once you find yours. almost impossible to find someone elses or even yours in that all albums link but you can type albums after anyones profile page and get routed to their albums for example yours

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/memb...-19558/albums/

or mine

Cobalt SS Network - EmperorJJ1's Albums

and its still tied into the garage somehow so with some manipulation you can change that

how big are the pictures? the ones i uploaded to the albums wouldnt upload unless they were about the size they should be. whenever i tried uploading the giant pics my phone takes it would time out every time. resized them in paint to 1/3 size and it auto-resized and worked
