I used to have a 79 Nova too but it was a 6-cylinder (same silver paint/red exterior). It had TONS of rust.

yo yo yo, another nova in the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahahahaha, sorry. had to be stupid for a second lmao. im bored as **** over here. but sounds like a nice build. i also got my 72 when i was 15 lmao. had the limp dick 6cyl in it, that didnt last long lol. ill post up some pics and mod list later tonight when i get to the dorm.

 

I painted mine with a fine foam roller and Rustoleum sunburst yellow/triple black. Had the $1600 GM 260hp crate engine installed right before college and it still had the original powerglide trans. GOD I loved dropping it in 1st and getting up to 75 or 80mph.




This is my latest project. I bought it 5 years ago for $500. I'm finally able to work on it when I go home for holidays. The pink one got scrapped a couple months ago.
