i don't think it looks bad.

i don't care for the wing either, but that wing is a good 75% of the reason that i didn't buy an SS SC

i think if you want a nice fun cheap mod, smoke those tail and corner lights... the dark front and red rear are kinda.... mis matched.

I don't think it's too bad, but I agree with Killer Bee. If your smoking the front, smoke out everything else... Including the windows! But it looks pretty good though, just need some RIMS!

 

well the wing was FREE from a member on here that was a local guy 30 min away, i was wingless so i figured it was worth it. if someone actually pays for the wing i agree its NOT worth it but its opinion you know.

ive been thinking about blacking out the tails and im prolly gonna go with the ebay styled tinted taillights like these



and vht nightshadeing the corners and getting a cobalt vinyl online on ebay as well for the center light. i have 20% tints on the back 3 windows

there is more to it than that.

i didn't like the wheels, the body kitting, leather seats or the way that it drove.

the only thing that i did like was the more power.

that, and my car was 7000 dollars cheaper than the avg SS/SC

 

lol, it has the same fascia except the SS/SC has a small lip on the front and back, as for the wheels....I dont see much diff in one inch.. I think you couldnt afford the SS/SC and the SS/NA was more in your price range (im sure this goes with the majority of most SS/NA owners, i mean who wouldnt want a nicer car?)

now if you said you wanted an automatic and you still wanted a cobalt, then i could see some reasoning...?

 

price was def a factor, anyone that says that money was no object doesn't drive a cobalt.

but, there are a lot of reasons that one may not want one particular model.

and, there is a lot of diff in those things, the rear bumper on a SS SC is hidious, and the wheels... well, i just liked the polished better.

as far as nicer, there isn't anything that the SC has that the 2.4 doesn't (or is not an option). at least not creature comfort wise.

 

recaro's LSD and power are the only things i'm jealous of, i wanted four doors though so i'm happy

please without rims and a lip kit take the wing off lol its ur car i just hate seeing 2.2s rocking ss/sc wings unless its girls! then i allow it but seriously the wing isnt even attractice i hate mine! a tc wing or a civic si wing i think would look decent on there though because its a perfect wing

???? im lost. the fender that covers the springs is black from the factory.....if ur refereing to the one post that shows it black and then silver in another its because of the shadow and camera angle that the pic was taken.
