I have a friend that is set on me painting the black on my wheels Victory Red. Thought I would entertain the idea and looking for a photoshop. Just make the black color matched red and the lips remain polished. Thanks.

Paint the inside of the rims red and the outside black looks good. Only seen one cobalt do it.
