If the cosmetic spending is greater or equal to the performance spending, that equals rice... so in your case, no rice... unless you throw a wing on there or add a bunch of stickers... those are redeemable for 15hp each by the way...

 

Type-R wasn't available in '95... top trim level was GS-R...

What I do dislike is people that claim to have a car of a certain trim level... when it really isn't. Not saying that this is the case here... but it's like tossing SS badges on a 2.2.
