you guys are surprised? lol you see this all the time in drag racing. lots of supercomp guys like the lightweight unibody cars to use for a "frame" or build their chassis around. tooooons of rwd cobalts

yup. literally hundreds of rwd cobalts are out there. some use a full tube chassis, others use a front half and back half kit and fill in the sheet metal around it. its not rocket science. most of these cars are race cars, however if you leave the vin on the car when you cut it apart, all you need is working lights, wipers and to have street tires and exhaust on it, and its a street car.
