sappy video i made the day i sold my Grand Prix

those of you do not know me.. i previously came from a Grand Prix..

and if you knew anything about my situation with the car, i have been through about 3 engines, 2 transmissions, 4 sets of rims, 3 hoods, and many broken parts.

I bought the car on march 4, 2004, and i sold it March 14, 2007. (picked up the cobalt in feburary)

I have probably put well over $10,000 into the car in performance parts, appearance parts, and broken parts/repairs. It was a lot for me to handle when i bought the car when i was 17 years old.

There was an electrical problem that would make the car cut in and out sometimes while i drove it. I could not for the life of me find out what it was. I started a new higher paying job, so i decided it was time for a new car. Worst car decision i ever made. (dont get me wrong, i like the cobalt alot) but there was just something about that grand prix.

Maybe it was the fact that I have my OWN blood, tears and sweat into that thing.
Maybe it was because i DID tear it down and find 3 chipped pistons
Maybe it was because i had to spend over 1grand to get it fixed
Maybe it was because it never really was tuned right.
Maybe it was because i had to tear it down again and find that piston number 4 was completly gone (back, middle bank)

Maybe it was the countless track passes, kills, loses.. maybe it was because i had sex in the car

I am known on the grand prix site for making videos, usually when something goes wrong i make a very sappy video

as you can see in this thread, this is how the grand prix fellas reacted.

and here is the video, i didnt put in ANY races, because this was shown to my family, and my moms friends, so i dont think they would have thought highly of that.

Your GTP is an awesome car, I followed some of your progress and watched pretty much all of your vids. Made me want one. I did have a '98 Olds. Intrigue, I was planning on turbocharging it, but I got my SS/SC, I was actually considering a black '03 GTP sedan instead, but we all know how that turned out. I might buy another Intrigue one day and turbo it, like people have done with the Regals and GP's.

I did make a video kinda like that for my Intrigue, I need to redo some of it though.

I miss my GTP too SYP, I loved all your vids on Clubgp.com. There was something about the GTP that just made me feel at home.
