I need to be sure my dog can lay back there. It would be nice to delete the seat so she doesn't make a mess of my leather.

Its pretty easy to take down. You just unclip those tabs and pull it out from the sides. But yeah, I didn't care to do that with my car so i just had him shove it all there.

It potentially could. I just don't want to put my malamute puppy in my car. he is about 60lbs at 5 months right now too much fur and stuff.

is it 2 separate pieces ? or does the carpet connect them ? i cant really tell much from the pics.

 

You can do it either way really. He was going to do one solid piece for me, but I asked for two and a neat tuck of the top portion.
