yea i thought i heard power shifting too.

 

nop no power shifting at all..thats how i shift all my cars...just got the hang of shifting really fast and barely losin any boost..i loose about 5psi from 2nd to 3rd and about 4psi from 3rd to 4th shifts...last car i power shifted was my first neon and i fucked up the tranny after 32k of power shifting...synchros went and warranty covered it all..86%of the tranny was destroyed..lol..clutch had about 80+% of life left in it..

well depends on wat u want to hear...speed wise the srt had more get up and go...even when u press it in any gear,it doesnt feel lazy at all compared to the cobalt..but handling and stoppin power,the cobalt would dominate...the srt tends to swing its ass outwards when u hit the brakes hard(85-0mph) and u just have that feeling that its goin to come from behind u and ull spin out.handling at speeds above 80mph is little scarey..like the brakin part,it tends to wiggle little to much when ur goin inbetween cars...all the srt really has over the cobalt is power and trq,and those badass seats...

but if u get coilovers on the srt which i had,and combine them with the viper seats and some good handling tires,u got ur self a badass car to hit the curves in,oh and the ass tends to bounce on the srt4 if u have springs on anykind of struts,including aftermarket..

but i only drove the car for 7 days before it got stolen and found wrecked..

 

Holy **** you went 85MPH on a city street. Please if u gotta go fast and its not on a track then atleast do it on a highway where children don't play.

i knw where u comin from,but that street is about 3 blocks from my house,and there are no kids in that area..if u look closely,the only place where they can be at are at the begining or at the end,and i started breakin right before i got to those houses at the end..
