if the ms3 is making 48x whp, how come the tune, intercooler, intake, and exhaust cobalt is keeping up with it if not faster?

 

This MS3 went 12.5 or 12.6 at 118... Gearing works wonders.

Takes a good driver in a MS3 to get that car going fast. The gearing just sucks ass and of course is has electronic throttle like all new cars, so its laggy.. not a good recipe for gear jamming!

i know someone who got the same turbo on their ms3 tuned by the same guy and the same thing happens when we race, maybe its the tuner i saw his dyno graph the power kicks in so late the powerband is very narrow

I do have spray lol. I need to have the WOT/window switch wired in so I can spray the larger shot without being worried. We did agree to a rerun with me on my drag radials and on spray. He was on full slicks last night so spinning was not an issue. Again, no **** talking from my end as I have trapped near his fastest trap speed.

 

I think my friend with an MS3 is going to be sadly disappointed when he sees this. Great Kill.

Meh I like both cobalts and Ms3's so I no care who wins but honestly cobalt has a alight weight and obvious gearing advantage. Still not a good look for a bigturbo Ms3 to be losing though but I heard that the Mazda won as man as he lost against the cobalt.
