WTF does THAT have to do with ANYthing?
After the 4th engine/trans/cradle R&R on my Fiero/LS1 I had the time down to 45 minutes. On jack stands with a motorcycle jack, engine crane and little old me. The Fiero's gone now. But will never be forgotten.

I don't know. Couldn't find a clock fast enough to keep up with it. Mid engine 400hp through a 5 speed in a 2800#car? Seriously. I never got a time slip on the car. The one time I took it to the track I snapped an axle and after paying $900 for a custom made set I contracted a severe case of paranoia that I couldn't shake. Plus it didn't make much sense to take it to the track just to burn rubber off the tires. But it WOULD lift the front tires whenever I asked it to. Took a lot of people by surprise. I've driven some fast cars but this was the fastest purely street car I've ever driven. Scarey fast. Torque steer. You know?

Not bad. I usually drop the subframe first and just lower the motor/trans onto a cart and roll it out from under the car.
You're right about the impact though. I just have air, but it make the suspension/mounts/subframe part so much easier.
I also leave the radiator pack in the car, so it takes a bit more time.
