Top Speed: Stock vs. Tuned

So I was at the Baja desert race practice in Mexico and decided to see the differences from stock and tuned mode. The car is Trifecta tuned at 21-22psi with the cruise control on being the stock mode.

Here are the results:

Stock mode http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07PMuv80o9A

Tuned mode http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lV9ccqL7lfg

Again this was shot in Mexico

I dont think my 4th gear can get past 120mph without redlining (stock 09 SS/TC) so how the hell did you reach 135mph without redlining?

Is their something wrong with my car?

mine hits 135, get a tune, the redline gets pushed further up... mines set at 7k now...

The Tc has shorter ratio's than the SC doesn't it? i know my third goes right to 100/101 on the stock limiter, and 4th easily reaches 135/140 at its limit.

Longer i belive, im pretty sure we are 3.82 ratios and LSJ guys are 4:10s, but it might just be in final drive ratios

my bad, i meant final drive ratio. i could have sworn the TC had a shorter final drive, but i could be wrong.

nope, cuz they have a lower limiter, they made the final drive longer

The LNF car's final-drive ratio is also taller, now 3.82:1 versus 4.05:1 LSJ

ya someoen should correct wikipedia.org... they say the LSJ balt is faster top end than the LNF.. yet i have seen many LNF balts stock do over 154mph as suggested by the site. i would have thought turbo makes more power overall due to it's efficiency and adds to top end more than a supercharger?
