Ok will do, i've got some spare vacuum line, and a whole lot of zip ties.

Injector insulators are those tapered gray cups that press into the head right?

ahh, ok. Is there any visual indication that they are bad?

And the rebel intake is horrible. It might have an effect on the trims as well?

Just a huge vacuum leak that you can't miss. Loud hissing like any other vacuum leak.

Also had injector orings go bad too.

No hissing noises at all.

We used silicone lubricant on all the o-rings during the install. They've only got 40k miles on them, they should be ok.

Hmm.. These vacuum leak issues you guys are talking about might explain the fuel trim issues I'm seeing now too. Any other advice on how to pinpoint this? Despite my MAF being tuned spot on I still see swings of +-20 STFT with the LTFT's disabled.

Does your rpm fluctuate at idle?

No, that's the funny thing, it runs pretty well lol. The trims just fluctuate pretty badly at times. I'm running 80's with the values from the 'injector spreadsheet' and they idle rather consistent. I've always kinda thought my front O2 was bad, but it switches properly at the voltages like it should.

Lol, you should send me a set of 4 or 8. I'm sure I will eventually be needing them, wouldn't mind changing what is in there now actually.
