well what we've learned here today folks is that there's no replacement for displacement

that cobra had at least 100whp more than the neon. and the neon will only last for about 50k miles LOL

The numbers you posted are for the '00 Cobra R. The regular Cobra had no where near that hp level. Thats around the hp of a bolt on '03-'04 blown Cobra.

No suprise. Unless that SRT-4 is packing a stage 3 and turbo toys with like a long list of **** it's not going to touch that SVT w/a pulley swap or a whipple/kenne bell.

My buddy before selling his 03 Cobra had bolt on's (exhaust, intake, 2.6' pulley, larger injectors, predator tune and drags) rockin on the stock eaton was doing mid 11's. Sick cars.

The Cobra raced a crippled SRT with a Big turbo. .50 Trim. Untuned which was cutting out at higher RPM's.

4.6L DOHC w/ Whipple = Mad Power. They are kinda pricey, but nice cars (for a ford).

The SRT-4 had no chance. That neon is slow anyways, stage 1 or not. My cuzins fionce has a srt-4. When you say stage 3 she says, "WTF is that?" car runs 11.70 in the quater. Injections, Wheels, Bigger Turbo, and lots of tunning = fast SRT-4.
That neon is slow because it was tuning like ****.

WTF are injections?

A Stage 3 is just plug and play, no tunning required....

Aftermarket turbo IE: .50 trim requires time to tune to make around 400hp at 22-23psi on pump gas.

.50 trim SRT and 60-1 SRT tuned vs Cobra, shows what a big turbo neon should do.

I never heard once the supercharger whine except for when he went to line up with him... that cobra wasn't even trying... this video proves nothing , it proves the stupidity of two neons owners trying to race in traffic.
