'05 SS/SC Pass. speaker problems + others

So since basically day 1 I've had (to me) a major audio problem related to my passenger side door speaker. I'm saying speaker generally because imo it's not the speaker at all, let me explain:
On cold days, and under certain bass tones the pass side door speaker has a rattle to it that drives me just nuts. After 3 visits to my local dealer with ZERO results I decided to take it to another dealer closer to work, upon picking it up I was told the speaker was blown, along with the amp. Afterwards (and ever since) the Bass is back up to great levels and I'm happy with that, However the speaker started to do the same thing a few weeks later and it was eventually replace again. And now it's doing the same thing after a few more weeks.
Let me just say that I do not abuse the stereo, I usually turn down the bass because I find it overpowering in the car, and I like the volume at a medium level most of the time.

Back to what I said about it not being the speaker: I feel that it's some plastic piece thats loose or something because this is worse when the car is cold, yet in hot days it's nearly not there at all.
Other problems:
Rattles from behind the glove compartment.
Flaking off 'paint' from the pw/door handle.
Door inserts fabric separating from above part^

Are any of these covered by TSB's before I go in to the dealer?

Thanks all for your help.
