05 throttle body?

05 throttle body?
So my throttle body is sticking really bad pulled it off to clean it and well it's spotless.. All I can think is that there's a short in it... Will an 07 ss tb work? I don't know why it wouldn't but I don't want to buy the part if it won't work. Car is an 05 ss/sc. I really need some help on this one I've been looking everywhere and I can't find Any info or parts numbers. I can drive the car in town but it isn't reliable at all right now. Help!!!
