07 cobalt ss sc issues!

hey everyone, i just picked uo an 07 cobalt ss supercharged with gm stage 2. Im having a hard time tracking down some issues.
Ive been getting a few codes aswell. First code is p0420 which im pretty sure the car is bad (vibrant header/ dp on its way).
second code is p0171. I do have a broken manifold stud and the manifold has a crack in the typical spot. Also tip in throttle, I can watch the kr value on ny aeroforce gauge go up to 10-40 for a split second. Even after i shift each gear and put my foot on the throttle it does the same. The car is also jerky when it does this.
Intermittently get a p0300 code aswell
i had a code come up p0335 which is for the crankshaft sensor and the car actually died.
had a code for the camshaft sensor when i bought it which I replaced. Also my ic pump is out (new one will be here today as well as new upper and lower o2 sensors)

things ive replaced:
thermostat(was stuck)
camshaft sensor
timing chain tensioner
upper guide
cleaned throttle body
cleaned maf
replaced plugs with ngk bkr7eix gapped at 0.32
all exhaust gaskets and retorqued everything
fuel filter
Air filter

sorry for the novel! Hoping to get some insight on this as im tired of throwing money at it. The car pulls just pretty hard still.

let me know what you find out. my car does the same thing between gear shifts (most of the time) it missses or studders and feels like a big dead spot. idle i also get a random misfre code.

im wondering if its one or more of the coil packs. but ihavent' tested them yet.

I just fixed the same issue with my car.

Gap your plugs to .40

Stage 2 doesn't need such a small gap. The ignition system on these engines are weak and probably getting weaker over time...

I had mine at around 33-35 and it did everything you're describing. I just put then all to 40 and fixed it all.

You can buy zzp coils and run small gap without this issue. They're like 200+ bucks...
