this is the third time my cobalt has been at the dealership. first time was at 60 miles, second time was at 1500 miles, and finally 1900mi. and finally after alot of talking, they decided to take the tranny out and replace it. it is a 5sp. now after being told that i didn't know how to drive a stick at 60 miles, and having a constant grind pretty much the whole time of owning the car, its getting a new tranny, now it has been in the shop for 3 weeks now, and all i hear is the tranny is on back order and no date when im getting it back. this is starting to **** me off. the truck i had previously was a v8 6 speed dakota, previously owned due to letting my brother drive it once and him totaling it. and when the dealer said i was beating on it my friend who is the mechanic back me up and said i haven't abused this considering mostly all the miles i put on it he rode with me. so any one else have this problem with there dealer?

 

JUST GOT A CALL TODAY FROM MY DEALER. CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP SINCE 2/28/08, AND THE TRANS SHOULD BE IN THE U.S. HOPEFULLY FRIDAY.. THIS IS BS
