Did you do an engine health test first? Compression test minimum. Then go from there misfires are spark/fuel/air issues clogged cat can cause lotsa issues as well and you have an unknown tune. Not an easy situation good luck with it

P0130 is a wideband O2 performance code in closed loop (control fueling)
P0301 is a misfire on cyl 1
P0300 is a random misfire
P2626 does not come up in my hp tuners list of DTCs
P0030 is a heater circuit code for your wideband O2
P0016 is a crank sensor code.

Replace the crank position sensor first then clear all the codes and fire the car up. if still getting misfire codes and wideband O2 codes replace the wideband O2 (on the O2 housing of the turbo). Clear codes. If still getting misfire codes swap in a frest set of AC Delco plugs gapped to 0.032" If still getting misfire codes compression test time.

I haven't replaced the o2 yet,but I got a scan tool on today and both sensors are not fluctuating I am thinking its a pcm problem since when I reset the engine light it pops back up not 5 seconds after the reset
