09 cobalt ss/tc turbo problems

I have a 2009 ss/tc that i am having problems with. It will spool to 20 psi and blow off fine but then i go to drive it again and it will spool to 5 and blow off funny. i took it to the dealer and they said my air pipe is cracked due to hitting a dip and the intercooler coming in contact with the pipe. They want 330 to fix it, plus labor. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions??

My only suggestion is that if the dealer is gonna charge you for parts and labor, you should just do it yourself and buy better parts. If you find the pipe is cracked, just buy a set of aftermarket piping from someplace like ZZP

I have a stock setup or you can go to treadstone or zzp. I have all treadstone and no fitment issues at all
