long story short i have 09 ss/tc with catless downpipe k&n filter and thats it drove to my buddys and left started up and had check engine light code drove to my buddys david after i got home scanned it and ready p0089 fuel pressure regulator performance? wtf lol cleared the code and hope it doesnt come back anybody had this before and wtf is it about thanks guys

 

and yes i used the search button and read looks like godly cardelino and a few others had it anybody else and anybody have it come back after getting it once?

 

I had it pop when I was on my superchips tune a year or so ago ..... it popped once of twice and never came back. I've since put on about 10K miles with a trifecta tune and havent seen it since.

Could be a sensor...not the FP pump itself.
