12v Power Outlets not working

Okay, the 12v power outlet under the climate control isnt working at all. wtf? And I cant find a fuse for them. Not in the engine bay nor the passenger side kick panel.

Can anybody tell me if there is another fuse box or somthing I am missing?

I need to find the fuse for it so I can power my autometer guages.

I forget wheather it is inside or under the hood but the fuse will be labeled cigarette lighter most likely. If not look for the one that says APO (accesory power outlet) either way I think it is a 10 or 20 amp fuse.

I've had wheel switches replaces too. They go bad all the time.

Im having problems with my outlet as well. I have a 2007 Cobalt SS. I check the fuse under the hood and it works good. Even did a test with a multi meter. Both of the outlet don't work. One of them under by the parking brake and the other by the climate control.

Do both outlets use the same fuse? I only see one fuse for "OUTLET" for the fuse box under the hood.

Is there a way for me to test with my multi metter if the fuse is even getting any power? or even reaching the outlet with out short circuiting it?
