Do you have a tune for the 2.9 pulley?

The boost wont drop from the tune, unless you had some sort of boost reduction. Which stage 2 tune? GM, ZZP, OTTP?

Your elevation will affect your boost level as u suggested. What temp are you performing these boost level tests at? Temperature will affect output as well.
