noise somewhere in steering or dash over bumbs had shaft put in but same problem also trans doesnt seen right auto trans help please

I believe he is trying to say that there is a noise coming from somewhere in the steering column or dash when he rides of bumps. He had a shaft put in but the problem persisted. Also, the transmission doesn't seem right (?). The car is an automatic.

never drove a 4 speed auto before so not sure how to determine if theres a problem

 

the hardest shift i get is usually from 1st to 2nd and the rest are smooth.

 

mine seems to not go into over drive

 

do you guys keep the cover on engine on

 

I kept mine on, it doesn't really make a difference though. Most use I can say is sound deadening and a few seconds of fire resistance (but lets hope you never need that)...

You'll need to upload the file somewhere, I personally use http://xs.to/

Then go into 'User CP' up top and click on 'Edit Signature'. Paste the image URL given after you uploaded into the box and you should be good to go. You may need to attach [IMG] and [/IMG] before and after depending which link you select after uploading..

I can see it in your signature just fine, you may have chosen the thumbnail link, which may explain why its quite small unless you wanted it to be that way.

I had the dealer take mine off, hated it.

got mine used from dealer with 4100 miles

 

It was new with pinstripes, I think most come that way. Most that I see off the lot have them taken off..

 

ya think i will also what about upgrades i have 15 inch wheel and tires

 

The stock tires, in my opinion, suck. But i'm staying with them til they need replacement.
