I was wondering if anyone here is still kicking around in an '06 SS NA Automatic. I've had issues the past few years that every 3 months it seems I need to have the in-tank fuel pump replaced due to the housing cracking (it's under permanent recall so it can't just be me, but..), does anyone else have this issue? Has anyone been able to fix it on a long-term basis?

It's rather infuriating that they (the dealership) can't seem to get a permanent fix, one day wasted every quarter turning my car over for it to be fixed.
