2007 Cobalt LS Missing while at stop light.

I need help on this problem, please... My 2007 LS runs rough, like it is missing, when the engine is warm and I'm at a stop light or at idle(in Park or Neutral). Took it in last month and the dealer told me that the injectors (#3,#4) were clogged so they cleaned it underwarranty) Now, it is doing it all over again but worse. Not like its going to die, but still worse. Any ideas?(Also my 2008 is starting to do it also)

check spark plugs, and run an injector cleaner through your gas tank

I thought about the gas also... So I tried Shell, Chevron, and Phillips. Problem won't go away. I think I remember someone else having a problem something like this and they had to ask the dealer to do a certain test(maybe on the computer?) Anyone know?
