Unhappy 2007 Ion Steering Issues

Hey all,

I'm new hear, just purchased an '07 Ion 3 Quad Coupe (1000 km/600 mi). I like the car so far, but have noticed an issue with the steering. I don't have a Saturn dealer anywhere close (4 hours away), so I would like to see if I can diagnose the problem before I take it in.

When turning (left or right) under moderate to hard acceleration there is a vibration that I can hear (and feel through the steering wheel), and I'm not sure what it could be. It only does it when the wheel is turned moderately, like going into a merge lane. I'm not very familiar with electric power steering, so any suggestions would be helpful.

Anyone heard of something like this before?

Thanks,

Adam

Any thoughts? I don't think it's the same as that TSB that I've seen floating around here, cause it's a faster speeds, and both left and right turns.

Bad CV joints? Do you hear a clicking noise?

It's not the CV Joints.

It's been at the dealer all day, they called and said they can't figure out what it is. They moved the transmission (see TSB from pursiuts) and it still makes the noise.
