ABS problems!!! NEED HELP!!!!

my abs light has been coming on and off for a while now. when i back up after it rains, my car makes a loud screeching noise like nothing i've ever heard. if anybody has a solution, please post.

I'd try and find someone with a abs reader. Hard to say what it could be from the sound your describing. Try pinpointing it more.
