AC pump seized?

AC pump seized?
Anyone else had this?
My balt blew its belt this morning and everything freewheels but the AC compressor.
I have my AC deleted, at least the lines and condenser but had to leave the motor due to being SC.
I'm going to pull it out and if fubared I'll just gut it and drop some weight.
Hoping the pulley still freewheels, it would make this much less complicated.

the ac compressor should always freewheel unless the engine is running and you are in defrost or AC mode. Did you block the line ports at the compressor and unplug the electrical connector from the compressor.

Nope, that was my problem...for the life of me I can't figure out why I'd plug the stupid thing back in. Ah well, popped the clutch right off and it freewheels perfectly.
AND I unplugged it.
I'm back on 3.4 pulley as that was the spare belt I had.
