Aftermarket Headlight Issue..
Hey guys,
I replaced my factory lights with a set of blackout ones from eBay over the summer.. The lights fit well and were everything as pictured. But ever since I got them, the wiring harnesses for them have acted up. They're alot more loose than the stockers were. When I first got them, the one bulb totally turned off. But then a good wiggle set it straight since. However, the other one wasn't so lucky. It as fine at first, but as of lately it goes off every time I turn the car on. I have to either pop the hood and wiggle it or just give the headlight it's self a good thwap to turn it on. lol. But then it's fine until the next time I turn the car on..
I have no problem with the headlights themselves, however I am getting sick of the harnesses.. Are you able to replace the harnesses themselves? I'm sure you can.. But do you get them from GM directly or from eBay or something? I was gonna use the ones from my stockers but they seemed different when I pulled them off, plus they're sold. lol. All I'm referring to for "harness" is the part plugging into the bulb it's self. The corner bulb part works great. It's just the main lights.
Help!!
