wtf is this! its been on for like 6 months ....

check the fuses, passenger side, on the left in the middle section under the dash, thats what happen to mine. also check to make sure the sensors are still plugged in underneath the seats

Could be a bad seat belt sensor. My car needed a new passenger seat belt sensor and occupancy sensor to fix it. You have warranty left? Should be covered.

not sure about the warranty..its an 05, im the second owner.. 46k miles

My old cobalt had that problem, it was the clips under the seat. One of the wires got cut
