so heres my problem, i had a leak in my heat exchanger and the car ended up running for awhile without water flowing through the pump. im positive its burnt out. is there a cheaper way then buying the pump from the dealership? i have a friend who works up there and her price is 320. is there anyother kinda of heat exchanger pump i can get for it? and if not how hard is this pump to replace?

 

You can get the same exact Bosch pump from ottperformance.com for 100 bucks its also covered under your power train warranty

 

yea i read this too late, i ordered the pump from the chevy dealership and paid 340 all together with tax : (
