Allignment?
Allignment?
for some reason my cobalt seems to steer to the left. especially if i go over a bump or something, the steering wheel will jerk to the left.
would a re-allignment (if thats what i need) be totally covered? could i just take my car up to the dealership and have it fixed for free?

Please post and tell me what your dealer tells you.

I have the same problem with the steering to the left thing, i took it in two seperate times to get fixed and it still does it now it has like 30000kms on it and thinking of taking it back to them to fix it for free again. really bad steer to the left thing while breaking and not driving down the road have to put pressure on the wheel just to keep it straight, what a pain in the ass, this car is. 2005 Ls coupe standard.
Same problem here. I got a 2006 Pontiac Pursuit SE Sedan and I first noticed that is pulling to the left after 1000 KMs. I called the dealer and they told me I should wait at least 5000 km until the breaking-in is complete. So I told them again when I took the car in for the first oil change, at about 10 000km. They said they fixed it, but it was the same. I took it again after a week, they re-aligned it again, but it's still pulling to the left. I believe them when they say their machine is showing that the alignment is right, so it might be smth else. I gave up for now, cause it's not very annoying. Anyway, this is covered by waranty, you shouldn't pay anything for fixing it.
