Any ideas?
So I had a code before I can't remember the exact one but it was the 100 rpms above idle that's normally a throttle body or vacuum leak. Here's the video to show what happens. It seems to go into limp mode. It won't rev more than once at a time. The whining you hear is me pushing the pedal a couple times to see if it'll rev after I rev it up once. No current codes.
Edit: it only does it after driving for 10-15 minutes or longer and idling for 5-10 at a red light or something to that effect. I can wait a little bit and start the car up and it'll be fine again. And I just replaced the throttle body because I figured that was the problem.
