P0496 codes

P0496 codes
Ok I have searched these threads and found that the P0496 code has to do with the evap purge solenoid. The thing is I just replaced this solenoid less than a week ago and I am still getting this CEL. I have cleared all the codes with my scan tool and pulled the negative battery cable as well in case my scan tool didn't do the trick. I don't know what else I could do any help guys? Also this never effects drivability of the car never any problems starting, running rough, nothing. Kindof lost at this point.

Did you find a solution? I know there is a purge solenoid and a vent solenoid...
