autozone can't read my Check engine light

Just like the title says i took my car to autozone to get new spark plugs and my CEL was on so i decided to see what was up, the guy plugged it in and nothing, his computer wouldn't turn on. He said i have a blown fuse and walked away... i've looked at all the obvious fuses, under engine, and by passengers feet, where else are there fuses that could cause this problem?

blown cig. outlet fuse I think.

I bought a maf sensor from them for $190 and I just swapped them and returned my old one and said it was new, I cleaned it real good too.
